New loyalty solution for the f&b and hospitality industry

Vollo & Opaala. have launched a brand new concept in loyalty for the food, beverage and hospitality industry. 
Opaala. is a smart, cloud-based, contactless platform that lets customers order and pay directly from their mobile. Opaala’s exciting smart-service system has reduced overhead costs and increased revenue for multiple food, beverage and hospitality venues across the UAE - clients include Vox Cinemas, Nikki Beach, Zabeel House and the World Trade Centre. 
Vollo's new loyalty solution is integrated with Opaala's platform and is mobile centric and frictionless. Once a customer has placed an order, they will be incentivised to download a digital loyalty card straight into their Apple or Android wallet. The digital loyalty card is branded to the business and will allow outlets to issue and redeem points in real-time and send tactical offers, coupons and promotions directly to the customers lock-screen.  The digital loyalty card can also send location-based notifications, which encourage customers to visit if they are nearby.
